If you are located outside London, you can send your device to us by post or courier. Please ensure that your device is securely packaged so that it arrives safely and without damage.

All repairs made in our service are guaranteed for 6 months of parts and services. For example, if the camera of your phone has been changed during the repair process, 6 months warranty of this part is given to you by us. If you have a problem with the part, it will be replaced free of charge.

Please do not send any accessories, memory cards, SIM cards, cases, chargers, or any other additional items with your shipment.

Please pack your device carefully to prevent any damage during transit.

Please include a note inside the package with your return address, your first and last name, and your mobile phone number.

Your device must not have a screen lock enabled so that we can test it after the repair process.

Your data is not deleted during hardware repairs such as screen or back glass replacement.

However, in some cases, such as motherboard repairs or devices with liquid damage, software installation may be required. If this is necessary, your data may be erased. In such cases, we will contact you by phone to obtain your approval before proceeding
